About my schedule:

I only show 30 days of availability at a time. Make sure you check my CFO availability as certain days I can only do checks there. Anyone can book at CFO regardless of where you trained. You can request any checkride at any location. However, I’ve added some extra availability to CFO for instrument only checkrides in the afternoon as these can run until after sunset and still be completed. Know that until you get an email from me, you are not confirmed. I am running a waitlist for anyone who is SIGNED OFF and ready for a checkride. If there are no Instructor add on slots, send me a message via the ‘CFI Add on’ button. If you have any questions or requests click the ‘Request Information’ radial.

  • See the Fee schedule for check ride costs. Cash is preferred, but I accept Zelle or Venmo. Score 100% on your written, get $50 dollars off. Compete a phase of the FAA’s WINGS program, get $50 dollars off. That comes out to $100 dollars savings. (AirWolf LLC reserves the right to change pricing as needed)

  • I conduct exams primarily out of KCFO and KBJC. I will also do checks out of other front range airports with prior coordination. I will travel but due to increased costs, there may be a surcharge added to the check ride. If you are requesting a ride out of the Denver area we can work out the details.

  • A $200 dollar fee will be collected in the event of any of the following:

-The airman’s logbook entries do not demonstrate that he/she has met the aeronautical experience requirements for the desired certificate or rating

-Applicant arrives without required documents including the aircraft maintenance records, proper endorsements, or identification

-Applicant presents unairworthy aircraft (issue detected prior to start of practical test – i.e. aircraft out of annual or 100 hour inspection or other “easily avoidable” airworthiness issue).

  • Retests completed within 60 days will be charged 50% of the exam fee (unless otherwise agreed upon). Retests outside of 60 days are considered new exams and will be charged the full fee.

  • I have found many discontinuance are avoidable. In the case of an unavoidable test continuance that is finished within 60 days I do not charge a fee. For avoidable discontinuance a 50% exam fee is charged.
